Warranty Coverage
MMXR-2303 MudMixer Continuous Concrete Mixer
The MMXR-2303 is supplied with a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship occurring during normal use and proper maintenance.
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, Mudmixer UK Ltd may, at its discretion:
repair the Product;
replace defective components;
replace the Product; or
provide another appropriate remedy.
The remedy selected will depend upon the nature of the fault and the availability of replacement parts.
Accessories
Unless specifically stated on the relevant Product page, accessories and replacement parts do not automatically carry the same warranty period as the MMXR-2303 mixer.
They remain covered by your statutory rights where applicable.
Where a manufacturer provides a separate warranty for an accessory, details will be stated on the Product page or supplied with the Product.
Warranty Conditions
To remain eligible for warranty cover, the Product should:
be used only for its intended purpose;
be operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions;
be maintained in accordance with recommended servicing procedures;
be connected to an appropriate electrical supply;
not be modified without written approval;
not be subjected to misuse, abuse or neglect.
Reasonable maintenance is the responsibility of the owner.
What Is Covered
Examples of items that may be covered include:
manufacturing defects;
defective materials;
defective workmanship;
faults arising during normal intended use;
electrical component defects;
mechanical component defects.
Each claim will be assessed individually.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not normally cover defects resulting from:
accidental damage;
misuse;
abuse;
improper storage;
incorrect assembly;
failure to follow operating instructions;
unsuitable electrical supply;
normal wear and tear;
cosmetic damage;
impact damage;
corrosion caused by improper storage;
use of unsuitable materials;
unauthorised modifications;
unauthorised repairs;
use of incompatible replacement parts.
The warranty also excludes consumable items and normal service items unless defective at the time of supply.
Warranty Claims
Before Contacting Us
Please have available:
proof of purchase;
order number;
Product serial number;
photographs of the fault;
video where appropriate;
description of the issue.
Providing this information allows us to assess your claim more quickly.
Inspection
Where necessary we may:
request additional information;
ask for further photographs;
arrange inspection;
request return of the Product;
request return of specific components.
Where the Product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, reasonable return or collection costs will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory rights and our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Safety During Warranty Claims
If a Product develops:
an electrical fault;
excessive vibration;
smoke;
overheating;
unusual noises;
damaged electrical cables; or
any condition that may create a safety risk,
stop using the Product immediately.
Disconnect it safely from the electrical supply and contact us before attempting further use.
Transferability
This warranty applies to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.
It is not automatically transferable following resale of the Product.
Your Statutory Rights
This Warranty Policy does not replace or limit your statutory rights.
If you are a Consumer, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes or limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.
Changes to this Policy
Mudmixer UK Ltd may update this Warranty Policy from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on the Website.
