The MudMixer Evolution is a portable continuous concrete mixer designed to reduce the repeated loading, waiting and emptying associated with traditional drum mixers.
Add suitable bagged material to the hopper, connect the water supply and adjust the water-flow control. The powered auger combines the dry material and water as it moves through the machine, providing a continuous discharge directly where it is needed.
It can mix suitable pre-blended concrete, mortar, grout, render and other cement-based materials. Always follow the material manufacturer’s mixing instructions.
Under suitable operating conditions, the MudMixer Evolution can process up to 55 standard 25 kg bags per hour. Its continuous operation makes it particularly useful for paths, patios, fencing, footings, repairs, landscaping and restricted-access projects where ready-mix deliveries may be impractical.
The standard hopper holds approximately 55 kg of dry material. An optional MudMixer Hopper Extension increases capacity to approximately 136 kg, helping reduce loading interruptions on larger jobs.
The MudMixer Evolution has a 14-gauge high-strength steel body and a steel-tube frame. Its flat-free tyres and compact 70 cm width make it easier to move around sites and through many gates and access points.
