3. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

At present we do not offer delivery outside the United Kingdom.

Should our delivery areas change in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Delivery Partners

Orders are delivered using carefully selected delivery partners.

Our appointed carrier(s) will be confirmed before the Website goes live.

Depending on the Product ordered, deliveries may be made using:

  • parcel carriers;

  • pallet networks;

  • specialist freight providers; or

  • dedicated delivery vehicles.

The delivery method will be selected according to the size, weight and nature of the Product.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated during checkout.

Where applicable, delivery costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Any future free-delivery promotions or minimum order values will also be shown during checkout.

6. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will be displayed during the ordering process.

Delivery times begin once:

  • payment has been authorised;

  • stock has been allocated; and

  • the order is ready for dispatch.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

7. Dispatch

Orders will normally be dispatched during normal business days.

Orders placed:

  • weekends;

  • Bank Holidays; or

  • outside normal business hours

will be processed on the next available Working Day.

Where an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Large Deliveries

The MMXR-2303 MudMixer Continuous Concrete Mixer is a substantial item and may be delivered on a pallet or by specialist transport.

Customers should ensure:

  • suitable vehicle access;

  • adequate unloading space;

  • someone aged 18 or over is available to receive delivery;

  • safe access to the delivery location.

If additional delivery requirements apply, we will advise you before dispatch.

9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • nobody is available;

  • access is unavailable;

  • the address is incorrect;

  • unloading is impossible; or

  • delivery is refused without lawful reason,

additional delivery or collection charges may apply.

Where possible, our carrier will attempt to contact you before returning the goods.

10. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible.

If packaging appears damaged:

  • photograph the packaging before opening;

  • photograph any damage to the Product;

  • retain the packaging;

  • notify us promptly.

If electrical equipment appears damaged, do not connect it to the power supply.

Prompt notification allows us to investigate with the carrier.

11. Missing Items

If you believe items are missing from your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please quote:

  • your order number;

  • Product purchased;

  • details of the missing item.

We will investigate promptly.

12. Delivery Delays

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • severe weather;

  • road closures;

  • carrier disruption;

  • industrial action;

  • supply chain delays;

  • public holidays;

  • circumstances affecting our suppliers.

Where significant delays occur we will keep customers informed.

13. Risk and Ownership

For Consumer purchases, responsibility for the Product passes to you when it has been delivered into your physical possession.

Ownership of the Product passes only once full payment has been received.

Business Customer arrangements are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

14. Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate.

If an incorrect address has been provided, please contact us immediately.

If the order has not yet been dispatched we will make reasonable efforts to amend the address.

Once dispatched, additional delivery charges may apply if redirection is possible.

15. Delivery Restrictions

Certain Products may require:

  • safe ground-floor delivery;

  • suitable vehicle access;

  • specialist unloading equipment; or

  • other reasonable delivery conditions.

If our carrier cannot safely complete delivery, alternative arrangements may be required.

16. Environmental Responsibility

We encourage customers to recycle packaging wherever suitable facilities exist.

Packaging should be disposed of responsibly in accordance with local waste regulations.

Concrete residue and wash water should never be disposed of into surface water drains or watercourses.
